The Trade and Investment Queensland, Premier’s Export Awards recognise excellence in the export of goods and services by South Australian businesses.
It was an honour to be presented as a Finalist for the “Emerging Exporter Category” for 2022, which recognised our considerable growth and global reach.

A visit to the government house as a finalist for the Trade and Investment Queensland, Premiers Export Awards 2022
As finalists for the Trade and Investment Queensland, Premiers Export Awards, 2022, Director Graeme Bradshaw and Business Development Manager, Emma Hutson had the privilege of an invitation from Her Excellency The Governor The Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC and Professor Nimmo, to visit Government House.
It was an amazing opportunity to discuss Mining Skills Australia‘s capabilities, products and services and global extensions with State Members of Parliament and Trade Commissioners who have been finally able to reach Queensland after the Covid pandemic.
Mining Skills Australia at the Australia-Latin America Business Council (ALABC) Brisbane Annual Dinner 2022
Director Graeme Bradshaw and Business Development Manager Emma Hutson, were in attendance at the Australia-Latin America Business Council (ALABC) Brisbane Annual Dinner 2022, at Customs House in Brisbane CBD.
It was a great opportunity to meet others within the #ALABC community, and introduce Mining Skills Australia with the Latin-American Ambassadors.
We appreciate hearing from key-note speakers joekellymp, Member for Greenslopes, Professor Deborah Terry and Australia-Latin America Business Council (ALABC) Chairman, Richard A. and catch up with Trade and Investment Queensland.

Mining Skills Australia sponsoring Legends of League event at Charters Towers
Mining Skills Australia was proud to represent and be Major Sponsors for the International Legends of League event in Charters Towers this weekend.
A wonderful weekend to support the local Charters Towers Community, with the International Legends of League team supporting schools and local footy.
A huge turnout at game day and thank you again for Charters Towers Regional Council and Queensland Government for hosting the event and The International Legends of League organisers, volunteers and players for supporting these beautiful regional cities and towns.

Director and Proficiency Training Specialist Andy Holder, with Mining Skills Australia at the Erdenes-TavanTolgoi JSC site in Mongolia, providing training and consultancy services.
Erdenes-TavanTolgoi JSC is a Mongolian State – owned Coal mine with over 822 employees. ETT operates the East Tsankhi section of the Tavan Tolgoi deposit, which is ranked 5th in the world in terms of its size. The deposit has excellent metallurgical coal quality, and the mine is the largest producer of hard-coking coal in Mongolia.
Latin American Ambassadors and ALABC Chairman at MSA
On the 30th of September, Mining Skills Australia had the privilege of hosting Australia-Latin America Business Council (ALABC) Chairman, Richard A. and CEO, Marcelo Salas along with Brendan Rutherford, from Trade and Investment Queensland with 7 Latin American Ambassadors/ Heads of Mission.
As Mining Skills Australia has a growing presence in Latin America, the visit was organised by the Australia-Latin America Business Council (ALABC).

After proudly presenting Mining Skills Australia‘s services and products at Perumin Arequipa, Gary Bradshaw, Andy Holder and Jose Luis Camean have now travelled North to Lima to continue their tour of South and Latin America.

A huge congratulations and massive appreciation post to our two very own Mining Skills Australia Legends of League Aussie Legends players Qasim Ahsan and Nikhil Sriram Pappu.
What a huge effort these two legends put in throughout the whole weekend, participating and supporting Mining Skills Australia and the event.
Nikhil Sriram Pappu is the Mining Skills Australia Training Manager and Qasim Ahsan is the Project Manager Lead for our Animation Department.
It didn’t matter that these two top blokes have never played a game of Rugby League before, you wouldn’t have known due to their enthusiasm and representation of Mining Skills Australia and the sport.
Well done guys! Proud to have you on board!!!
