With the discovery of Mining Skills Australia’s eLearning capabilities and blended learning resources, so has been the growth of our clientele and in turn the need to expand our team.

The RTO (Registered Training Organisation) Department for MSA was created a year ago, which only comprised of Emma and the help of MSA admin, to now a strong and dynamic team, focused on compliancy, organisation, creativity and support for our clients and admissions (Ava, Tia, Anne, Emma and Nikola – left to right).

Our team has mixed experience with leadership, training and management, content development, customer service support, sales, document and compliance, legal and editorial control.

The RTO Department are responsible for building the learning materials and foundations behind our blended eLearning animations and resources.

As an organisation, Mining Skills Australia is committed towards the aim of raising the standards of learning and development within the Resource Industry, while simultaneously seeking to becoming reputable and leading providers of nationally recognised training and assessment.

Flying the flag proudly for Mining Skills Australia’s passion to advocate for equal education and employment opportunities for all, Emma, the RTO Manager, strongly supports the work MSA currently does with diversity and inclusive communities, and especially those with language, literacy, and numeracy setbacks.

This energy and passion flows through the team’s values in ensuring student and client support is met, with learning available for all, in conjunction with the implementation of animation, virtual reality and augmented reality through MSA’s eLearning resources, providing a more accessible education and employment opportunities.

Not only is MSA’s RTO Department fantastic at package and content development but provides training on and off site, micro-credential mapping and creating interactive presentations and assessment for cross industry organisations and will soon be launching into holding courses and issuing Statements of Attainments and Refresher training.
