RPL – Hydraulic Excavator

MSA offers a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathway for applicants with substantial industry experience in operating hydraulic excavators but who lack a qualification.
The RPL process ensures that an individual’s prior learning achieved through formal and informal training, work experience or other life experiences is appropriately recognised.
The RPL process has four (4) pieces of evidence required to meet the criteria of the Unit of Competency:

    • Documentation
    • Resume
    • Logbook
    • Competency conversation
