Location: Pilbara/Goldfields

FIFO available from Perth, East Coast (additional FIFO options available from Bali, Thailand and Philippines – for Australian & New Zealand passport holders)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR/MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

To be eligible for these positions you must hold:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
• Australian Driver’s Licence
• RII’s/Machine Competencies
• Hands-on experience with operator step-up and/or refresher training
• Basic proficiency using computers and/or Android tablets
• 3 yrs Operating either of the following 2 types of equipment:
  • Production Excavator/Dozers
  • Production Graders /Dozers
  • Production Loader/Graders
  • Production Loader/Dozers
  • Frontrunner qualifications/experience an advantage

• Development and improvement of production operators.
• Uphold the values and professionalism of the company you represent.
• Proactive and effective communicator with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• Positive self-presentation.
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that reflect both your expertise and the standards of the company you represent.
• Deliver training focused on componentry, preventative maintenance, safe operations, and operational efficiency.
