This online course provides the learner with an understanding of building fire and evacuation plans, fire detection and alarm systems, classification of fire types and firefighting equipment. Suitable for anyone who may work at a facility or an office building.

This course has been developed to meet the Qld Building Fire Safety Regulations: Part 4 (35) and AS 3745-2010 – Planning for emergencies in facilities. (Sect 6, Para 4).

All occupants working at a facility shall receive training to enable them to act in accordance with the emergency response procedures.
