ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Mining Skills Australia (MSA) seeking Multi-skilled Proficiency Trainers to join our team. If you’re an experienced trainer looking for a flexible work arrangement, this opportunity is for you.

Successful applicants must be based in Australia.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
  • Open Manual Licence or above
  • Skilled and Experienced Equipment Operator Trainers
  • Hands-on experience with operator step-up and/or refresher training
  • Ability to document and maintain training records
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Train and develop equipment operators with proficiency training
  • Utilise cutting-edge technology to assist in proficiency information capture
  • Maintain and document training records
  • Deliver training with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance operator skill development
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for training programs

ROSTERS AND BENEFITS:
