Mining Skills Australia is seeking skilled Maintenance Trainers to join our team on the East Coast of Australia. If you are an experienced trainer looking for a flexible work arrangement, this opportunity is for you.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Skilled and Experienced Maintenance Trainers
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with maintenance training and refreshers
- Ability to document and maintain training records
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) At Mining Skills Australia, we may also accept evidence of the above units of competency separate to the Certificate III in Emergency Response & Rescue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train and develop maintenance teams with proficiency training
- Utilise cutting-edge technology to assist in proficiency information capture
- Maintain and document training records
- Deliver training with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to enhance maintenance skill development
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for training programs
